Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and WhyClub (“we”, “us”). They apply whenever you browse whyclub.in, create an account or place an order. By using the site, you accept them.
Your account and details
When you use the site, you agree that:
- The details you give us (name, phone, address, email) are true and up to date.
- You are old enough to enter a binding agreement under Indian law.
- You keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else used it.
Orders and pricing
An order is confirmed only after payment is confirmed. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise.
- If a price or stock error slips through, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid in full.
- Coupons and offers follow the conditions shown with them and can't be combined unless stated.
- Delivery timing is an estimate confirmed at checkout for your address.
Exchanges
We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Product images
Model photos on this site are edited with AI. The T-shirt designs are real: the garment, print, fit and fabric you receive are what's shown.
- AI is used on the model photos (people, backgrounds, lighting and scenes). The T-shirt, its print, fit and fabric are the real product.
- Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
- If the item you receive doesn't match what was shown, we'll replace it under the exchange policy.
Our designs and content
Everything on the site, including designs, prints, photos, text, logos and code, belongs to WhyClub or is licensed to us. Please don't copy, resell or reuse it without written permission.
Using the site fairly
Use the site to browse and shop for yourself. Don't:
- Resell our products commercially without our approval.
- Scrape, overload or try to break into the site or its systems.
- Misuse coupons, place fake orders or impersonate someone else.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may update products, prices, the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already placed follow the terms in place when you ordered.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before going there, please write to us. Most issues are sorted out quickly.
