What this covers
This policy explains what information WhyClub collects when you visit whyclub.in, sign in, place an order or contact us, and how we use and protect it.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to run the store:
- Details you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping address and support messages.
- Order details: items, amounts, payment status and delivery tracking.
- Basic usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and where you came from.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Process, ship and track your orders, and handle exchanges.
- Send order updates and sign-in codes.
- Answer support requests and prevent fraud.
- Improve the site, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Razorpay, for payments.
- Shiprocket and its courier partners, for delivery.
- Resend, for order and sign-in emails.
- Convex, which stores our store and order data.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and, where enabled, checks sign-ins for bots.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
Cookies and browser storage
Your cart, wishlist and preferences (like sound and haptics) are saved in your own browser until you check out. When you sign in, a sign-in token is saved in your browser to keep you logged in. If you track an order as a guest, its access key stays on that browser for 30 days. Clearing your browser data removes all of these.
How long we keep it, and security
We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting and the law. We protect data with access controls and encryption in transit, though no online service can promise perfect security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information. We'll verify it's you first, and some order records must be kept for legal reasons. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
